We support over 12,000 financial institutions across the US and Canada through our integration with Plaid. This includes all major banks (Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc.), credit unions, credit card companies, and payment platforms like PayPal, Venmo, and Stripe. If your bank offers online banking, we can almost certainly connect to it.

When you connect your accounts, RocketBooks automatically imports up to 2 years of historical transactions (depending on what your bank provides). The AI categorizes all of them retroactively, so you get a complete financial picture from day one. If you need data older than that, you can manually import transactions from QuickBooks, Excel, or CSV files.

Yes! We can import data from QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Wave, and most other accounting platforms. Export your data as a CSV or Excel file, then upload it through RocketBooks. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models (like "businesses in the construction industry typically categorize Home Depot as..."), but your specific financial information is never shared, sold, or disclosed to anyone without your explicit permission.

You can export all your data at any time in multiple formats (CSV, Excel, QuickBooks files, PDF reports). After you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, we permanently delete all your financial data from our systems. We may retain anonymized usage data and transaction volume statistics for analytics, but nothing that identifies you or your specific financial information.
